Description
Restore precise braking force modulation and rapid air suspension response to your commercial fleet with the genuine WABCO Commercial Vehicle EBS Solenoid Valve & Air Suspension Valve. Engineered specifically for heavy-duty commercial trucks, luxury passenger buses, and multi-axle freight trailers, this OEM-grade electro-pneumatic control valve regulates air distribution directly to the brake chambers and air suspension bellows. Corroded solenoid coils, internal seal leakage, or electrical short circuits cause sluggish brake application, uneven axle ride heights, warning faults, and unsafe stopping distances. This original WABCO valve solves those critical electronic and pneumatic failures directly. It utilizes high-response electromagnetic actuators, corrosion-resistant internal spools, and IP67 sealed connectors to deliver millisecond-fast pneumatic switching, precise pressure regulation, and uncompromised chassis stability under extreme transport conditions.
Technical Parameters
| Category | Specifications & Technical Details |
| Millisecond High-Speed Electromagnetic Actuation | We combine a high-response electromagnetic coil with a precision spool valve. As a result, it completes air circuit opening, holding, or exhausting within milliseconds. Moreover, this enables millisecond-level adaptive adjustment for EBS electronic braking and ECAS suspension height. |
| High-Precision Proportional Pressure Modulation | We build in a precision proportional pressure regulating valve. Consequently, it outputs proportional air pressure precisely according to the electrical signal from the ECU. Notably, this keeps air pressure in the left and right brake chambers and suspension air springs perfectly balanced, preventing body roll or braking pull. |
| IP67/IP69K Waterproof & Dustproof Sealed Housing | We integrally weld the valve body external connector and housing from high-strength engineering plastic and aluminum alloy. Therefore, it achieves the IP67 / IP69K sealing rating. As a result, this completely seals out chassis-splashed mud and road de-icing salt chemical attack. |
| OEM-Grade CAN/PWM Electro-Magnetic Compatibility | We natively match the WABCO EBS controller and vehicle CAN-bus network. Additionally, it delivers strong electromagnetic interference (EMC) resistance. Consequently, it prevents stray signals from causing solenoid valve misoperation or error codes. |
| Heavy-Duty Die-Cast Aluminum Valve Body | We manufacture the valve body from heat-treated high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy. As a result, it withstands rated working pressure up to 13 bar and millions of high-frequency alternating pulse impacts. Moreover, it never leaks or cracks. |

Common warning symptoms include:
EAS / EBS Warning Light on Dashboard: The instrument cluster displays active ABS/EBS or air suspension fault codes due to solenoid open/short circuits.
Inability to Raise or Lower Air Suspension: The air bags fail to inflate, deflate, or level out properly when triggered by the remote control or speed sensor.
Uneven Braking or Air Leaks from Exhaust Port: Continuous air hissing from the valve exhaust port when brakes are released, or pulling to one side under heavy braking.
Sluggish Air Response: Delayed brake application or slow suspension adjustment response times during operation.
Internal air leakage typically occurs when moisture, oil sludge, or carbon deposits from a worn air compressor bypass the air dryer and enter the valve body. Accumulating debris damages the internal rubber O-rings and prevents the precision spool from seating completely. Installing a clean air dryer cartridge during valve replacement prevents premature seal failure.
Our 1-year warranty covers all internal solenoid coil burnouts, internal pneumatic seal leaks, factory circuit defects, and non-artificial valve sticking under normal operating conditions. If a valve fails within 12 months, we provide prompt replacement or warranty processing upon inspection.
Standard replacement of an individual electro-pneumatic valve usually requires clearing stored legacy error codes using diagnostic tools. If replacing a combined modulator unit or main ECU-integrated valve block, calibrating the pressure parameters and axle height sensors using WABCO diagnostic software is required.
